Job summary

Altimetrik in the United States seeks a senior ERP Finance specialist with 8+ years in finance systems, data, and business analysis. The role combines product ownership with functional leadership on major finance workstreams and requires deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and financial close.

You will elicit requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinate UAT with CFO stakeholders and data engineers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ERP Finance, Finance Systems, finance data, business analysis, functional consulting, or product ownership.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance modules in at least one major ERP platform (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics).
• Solid command of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, financial close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience on ERP implementation, modernization, migration, or finance transformation programs with go-live lifecycle.
• Ability to elicit requirements, write user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios.
• Comfort working with CFO stakeholders and data engineers on mappings, transformations, and defects.
• Experience in Agile delivery using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills; able to drive decisions in ambiguity.

Job description

8+ years in ERP Finance, Finance Systems, finance data, business analysis, functional consulting, or product ownership, including time as the accountable Product Owner or functional lead on a significant workstream.

Strong functional knowledge of Finance modules in at least one major ERP platform: Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Solid command of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, financial close, reconciliations, financial controls, and financial reporting.

Demonstrated experience on ERP implementation, modernization, migration, or finance transformation programs, ideally including at least one full lifecycle through go-live.

Proven ability to elicit requirements and produce user stories, acceptance criteria, process and data documentation, and UAT scenarios.

Comfort operating across both worlds: credible with CFO-organization stakeholders and equally effective with data engineers on mappings, transformations, and defects.

Experience in Agile delivery using Jira, Azure DevOps, or a comparable backlog-management tool.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills; able to drive decisions in ambiguity.
