Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role drives transformation and optimization across AXIS Global Operations teams. It ensures alignment between business needs and delivery teams, supporting strategic goals and improving operational efficiency through agile product ownership.

In this role, you will typically be required to:
We offer a base salary between $175,000 and $260,000. Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location. You will also receive incentive compensation based on performance.
