Job summary

LeadStack Inc. is seeking a Product Owner for a contract position in Fort Worth, TX. Define the product vision, manage roadmaps for IT applications, and align with enterprise objectives.

You will connect engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements and drive delivery. You will track KPIs and OKRs, balance technical debt with business value, and stay ahead of trends to inform innovative product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Statistics/Math/CS/Economics/Engineering).
• 1–3 years of experience with Adobe products or similar analytics tools, preferably in implementation.
• Experience with SQL and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience managing analytic and/or development projects.

Responsibilities

Contract Position

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Rate: $ 60/hr - $63/hr on w2

Job description:

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision. Develop and manage roadmaps for IT applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business objectives, and long-term sustainability
• Operate as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment across teams
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritization for technical features, application enhancements, and infrastructure capabilities. Balance technical debt, scalability, and business value
• Gather insights from internal users and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities to translate feedback into actionable technical solutions
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure successful delivery of technical products and facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks
• Define and track product KPIs and OKRs that measure application performance, reliability, and business impact. Use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Drive innovation in technical product offerings
• Ensure technical products align with architectural standards, enterprise priorities, and long-term strategic goals. Make trade-offs that optimize for scalability and sustainability

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience with Adobe products, or similar analytics tools, preferably in implementation capacity.
• Experience with SQL and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience managing analytic and/or development projects.

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

• MS in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with analytics tools including Adobe Analytics/Tealium/Celebrus
• Experience with iOS and Android SDK's
• Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON.
• Experience with Agile development and associated ceremonies.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities/projects on strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
• The ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders and convey technical information in a clear and engaging way.

Top Requirements:

• 3-5 years Total experience as a Product Owner
• Digital Analytics Tools Implementation on web and app and Maintenance (Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Celebrus) – 2+ years
• Experience managing Adobe Analytics administration tasks, such as creating SAINT classifications, managing shared dashboards, and designing custom segments for visitor profile analysis.
• QA - data validation, identifying data collection issues – 1-2 years
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders including Product Owners, technology teams, and vendors to define requirements, implement analytics tracking, and ensure proper reporting.
