Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a senior Product Owner to drive the Proxy Migration to ProxyEdge 2.0 in a fast paced environment. You will define the product vision, create the roadmap, and set priorities in collaboration with business and technology teams.

You will lead release planning, manage dependencies, and govern open issues across multiple squads, ensuring momentum and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have ProxyEdge and voting Proxy experience.
• Senior Product Owner responsible for vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Experience leading release planning and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligning business objectives with technology delivery and advisor experience outcomes.
• Lead release planning, dependency management, and open issue governance for coordinated execution across teams.
• Engage with business owners, technology leads, and operations partners to drive decisions and maintain delivery momentum.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs with clear requirements and defined scope.
• Lead resolution of complex product and delivery challenges balancing business needs, technical constraints, and risk.
• Advance the platform roadmap by incorporating AI-enabled capabilities to enhance personalization, decision support, and workflow efficiency.
• Operate as de facto stream leads, absorbing coordination responsibilities in a flatter organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, scrum masters, and delivery teams to resolve issues and align delivery objectives.
• Ensure adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements across all product management activities.

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and advisor experience outcomes
• Lead release planning, dependency management, and open issue governance to ensure consistent and coordinated execution across teams
• Engage directly with business owners, technology leads, and operations partners to drive decision making and maintain delivery momentum without escalation
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring clear requirements, defined scope, and alignment to strategic objectives
• Lead resolution of complex product and delivery challenges, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and risk considerations
• Advance the platform roadmap by incorporating AI enabled capabilities to enhance personalization, decision support, and workflow efficiency
• Operate as de facto stream leads within a flatter organizational model, absorbing coordination responsibilities previously held at the management layer
