  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and support sprint planning, reviews, testing, and release activities.
  • Evaluate new applications, technologies, and system capabilities and recommend solutions that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Lead analysis activities to identify business data requirements, data quality needs, business rules, and process dependencies.
  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and end users to design effective business processes and technology solutions.
  • Support the development and execution of product roadmaps, continuous improvement initiatives, and portfolios of change aligned with business strategy.
  • Develop process documentation, workflow diagrams, and business models to support solution design, implementation, and adoption.
  • Deliver reporting, analysis, and recommendations that support business decision-making and organizational performance improvements.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Project Manager, or related role.
  • Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to define and deliver technology solutions.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly understand and evaluate new technologies and emerging digital capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Product Owner certification.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology initiatives across multiple business functions.
