Job summary

SCHUNK USA seeks an Associate Product Manager to support product categories through operations, market coordination, sales enablement, and process improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role balances technical products with commercial activities and requires strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

The position focuses on coordinating product-related initiatives, maintaining pricing and product data, and supporting launches and lifecycle activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, product coordination, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Process-oriented mindset with interest in improving systems and efficiency.
• Commercially minded with attention to detail and ownership mentality.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, pricing management, or product data systems preferred.
• Interest in industrial manufacturing, automation, machining, or technical products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product presentations, sales tools, competitive comparisons, training materials, and customer-facing content.
• Coordinate pricing files, commercial documentation, product data, and sales materials across channels.
• Support product launches, promotions, and market-facing initiatives.
• Assist with market visits, distributor meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Develop scalable workflows, templates, and processes to reduce admin burden.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across departments.
