Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will execute the store product strategy, manage inventory shifts, and oversee back-of-house operations to keep floor and BOH stocked and organized.

You will contribute to performance evaluations and hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty while ensuring a world-class guest experience on the floor.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of work experience.
  • Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.

Job Summary

The Product Operations Lead is a part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back‑of‑house product operations, and ensure both the floor and BOH are stocked and well‑organized. The role provides input to performance evaluations, hiring recommendations, and serves as Supervisor on Duty while leading inventory shifts. The Lead also delivers a world‑class guest (customer) experience when scheduled to work on the floor.

Core Responsibilities Of The Job
  • Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
  • Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure execution of product actions such as pull‑backs, consolidations, and repricing.
  • Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive shift atmosphere.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
  • Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions, e.g., analyze sell‑through data to provide recommendations to store leadership regarding product focus or pricing.
  • Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
  • Address team member performance and support their ongoing learning and development through direct feedback, coaching, demonstrations, and hands‑on experiences.
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships with team members.
  • When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically and lead from the floor to ensure every guest receives technical product education and a world‑class experience.
Job Requirements
Eligibility
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store.
Schedule/Availability
  • Schedules vary based on store needs.
  • Typical shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Peak periods, special events, or other circumstances may require early mornings, late nights, or overnight shifts.
Experience
  • 1 year of work experience.
  • Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
Job Assets (Nice to Have)
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; preferably higher.
  • Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations; reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics.
  • For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification.

Work Context
  • Involves moving through the store, sometimes in the front of the house with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes in the back of the house with no windows or natural light.
  • Work is accomplished as part of a team, sometimes independently, and sometimes using a computer or other technical devices.
  • May occasionally involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs or using ladders to reach materials.
  • For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Work may involve using industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat while preparing food or beverages.
Compensation & Benefits Package

Base Pay Range: $23.75 - $27.33/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location).
Target Bonus: $3.00/hour.
Total Target Base Pay Range: $26.75 - $30.33/hour.
