Responsibilities

• Learn Bathing Brands’ sauna, steam, and wellness products, including components and operation.
• Assist with assembly, setup, breakdown, and handling of displays or samples.
• Support day-to-day projects, product evaluations, testing, and department needs.
• Help move, organize, deliver, or retrieve products and materials as needed.
• Communicate with vendors and manufacturers for product information and docs.
• Assist with gathering and organizing product information for other departments.
• Maintain organized Product department work areas, products, samples, and materials.
• Identify issues and communicate them to the Product team.
• Provide general hands-on and administrative support to Product department.

Job description

Bathing Brands is looking for a hands-on, dependable Product Operations Associate to join our Product team in Wheeling, Illinois. This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to learn our sauna, steam, and wellness products from the ground up while supporting the day-to-day needs of the Product department.

This role is a mix of hands-on product work, coordination, and general department support. You’ll learn how our products are assembled and function, assist with product builds and projects, communicate with vendors and manufacturers as necessary, and pitch in wherever support is needed to keep Product initiatives moving.

This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Wheeling, Illinois location.

What You’ll Do

• Learn Bathing Brands’ sauna, steam, and related wellness products, including their components, features, assembly, and operation.
• Assist with the assembly, setup, breakdown, and handling of sauna and other product displays or samples.
• Support the Product team with day-to-day projects, product evaluations, testing, and other department needs.
• Help move, organize, deliver, or retrieve products, components, samples, and materials as needed.
• Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to obtain product information, specifications, documentation, samples, or other needed materials.
• Assist with gathering and organizing product information for use by other departments.
• Help maintain organized Product department work areas, products, samples, components, and materials.
• Identify questions or issues encountered while working with products and communicate them to the appropriate Product team member.
• Provide general hands-on and administrative support to the Product department as needed.
