About the Encore program
  • Overview: A paid, 12-week internship designed for experienced talent who have taken a career break of 2 years or more (over a continuous period)
  • Your role: You'll be a contributor, not a trainee, from day1-solving real problems, inventing solutions, and collaborating with TI teams.
  • Support: Personalized mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities are built into the program.
  • Outcome: High-performing participants will be considered for full-time employment at the end of the program.

The Product Operations Analyst is a highly analytical and strategically impactful role focused on driving business performance through data-driven decision making. In this role, you will translate inventory strategy into measurable revenue outcomes while optimizing operational efficiency across the business.

As an Operations Analyst, you will develop strong cross-functional expertise by collaborating with strategic business unit stakeholders, manufacturing partners, and sales leaders. This role requires critical thinking and proactive problem solving to deliver measurable business results while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities and opportunities in this role include:
  • Owning portfolio management responsibilities within high-growth markets, demonstrating strong business stewardship and accountability for performance.
  • Developing systems expertise that can be applied across multiple business environments to improve operational visibility and decision making.
  • Supporting product lifecycle management, contributing insights from early development through successful market introduction.
  • Driving collaborative problem solving with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Playing an active role in shaping and implementing new Operations processes, helping build the operational foundation that will support how we deliver parts and serve customers for years to come

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to translate complex operational data into meaningful business insights
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to financial implications
