Job summary

Submer is seeking a Product Strategy Solutions Manager to lead AI infrastructure and data center networking initiatives. You will bridge product, engineering, and customers, shaping solution roadmaps around NVIDIA DSX, NVLink, InfiniBand, and related platforms.

You will evaluate emerging trends in HPC, liquid cooling, and large-scale GPU deployments while crafting high-impact reference architectures and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
• 7+ years in product strategy, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of data center networking and GPU-based AI infrastructure.
• Experience designing reference architectures for AI factory deployments and HPC environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What impact you’ll have

We are seeking a Product Strategy Solutions Manager with deep expertise in AI infrastructure, data center networking, and high-performance computing (HPC) to drive solution strategy around next-generation AI factory architectures. This individual will serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, customers, and strategic partners, helping define and position solutions built on technologies such as NVIDIA DSX, NVLink, InfiniBand, Ethernet fabrics, GPU clusters, and AI infrastructure platforms. NVIDIA DSX is designed to support the design, simulation, deployment, and operation of large-scale AI factories and integrates compute, networking, storage, and infrastructure management capabilities.

What you’ll do

• Develop product and solution strategies for AI infrastructure, GPU clusters, and data center networking environments.
• Partner with customers, sales, and engineering teams to define scalable architectures leveraging technologies such as NVLink, NVIDIA networking, InfiniBand, Ethernet fabrics, SuperNICs, DPUs, and AI factory infrastructure. [docs.nvidia.com], [networking...nvidia.com]
• Translate market requirements into product roadmaps, technical recommendations, and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for AI infrastructure reference architectures, including GPU interconnects, cluster networking, and data center design.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends in AI infrastructure, HPC, liquid cooling, power optimization, and large-scale GPU deployments.
• Support customer engagements, executive presentations, solution workshops, and technical discovery sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases, product requirements, and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive competitive analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation in the AI infrastructure ecosystem.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product strategy, solutions architecture, network architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of:
• Data center networking
• GPU-based AI infrastructure
• High-performance computing (HPC)
• Network design and architecture
• Storage and compute ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with one or more of:
• NVIDIA DSX
• NVLink / NVLink Switch architectures
• InfiniBand
• NVIDIA Spectrum or Quantum networking
• AI Factory deployments
• Large GPU cluster environments
• Experience developing reference architectures and customer-facing technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI factory design, simulation, or operations platforms. NVIDIA DSX includes capabilities for AI factory design, simulation, digital twins, and operational management
• Knowledge of data center power, cooling, and infrastructure considerations.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, AI workload orchestration, and GPU scheduling environments. NVIDIA DSX OS includes orchestration and workload management components for AI factories.
• Experience working with hyperscalers, cloud providers, colocation, or AI infrastructure customers.
• Prior experience supporting product roadmap development and strategic planning.
