Autodesk Operations Solutions is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to shape product positioning for FlexSim and Fusion Operations. You will define messaging, drive GTM plans, and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Campaign teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth.
You’ll influence the Digital Factory narrative, translate industry trends into compelling content, and ensure alignment of product strategy with market needs. This role reports to the Sr Principal PMM.

The Product Marketing Specialist, part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, will help define product positioning, naming, messaging, and audience insights for FlexSim and Fusion Operations, using those foundations to guide launch priorities and go-to-market strategies., You’ll also support the Digital Factory story and play a key role in shaping the future of these products, driving customer adoption, and building a strong, loyal customer base. The Product Marketing Specialist will report directly into the Sr Principal Product Marketing Manager.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $78,000 and $139,150. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
