Amazon WorkSpaces is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for technical GTM strategy across WorkSpaces Personal, Pools, Applications, and VDI. You will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for your area, working with product teams to translate capabilities into customer outcomes.
You will create content, run launches, enable sales, and engage CIOs, CISOs, and IT ops leaders. Strong experience in B2B SaaS marketing and a background in end-user computing preferred.

Amazon WorkSpaces enables organizations to provide secure, managed cloud desktops and applications to their workforce anywhere in the world. Customers rely on WorkSpaces to support remote and hybrid work, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) modernization, and secure access to corporate applications without the complexity and cost of traditional desktop infrastructure. WorkSpaces is now expanding into the frontier of agentic AI, providing cloud desktops for AI agents that need to operate enterprise applications autonomously.
As a Product Marketing Manager for Amazon WorkSpaces, you will own go-to-market strategy and positioning for your area of the product portfolio, which spans WorkSpaces Personal, WorkSpaces Pools, WorkSpaces Applications, WorkSpaces Secure Browsers, and WorkSpaces for VDI Partners. Your job is to deeply understand the product capabilities, translate that into positioning and messaging that resonates with IT decision-makers, security leaders, and end-user computing teams, and bring that strategy to life through launches, content, and cross-functional GTM execution.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies for technology products
- Experience creating content across multiple channels (e.g., technical blogs, presentations, video, events)
- MBA, or Advanced degree
- Experience in the end-user computing, virtual desktop infrastructure, desktop-as-a-service, or enterprise IT infrastructure category
- Familiarity with competitive landscape

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
