Job description

Job ID: 10513113 | Amazon Web Services, Inc.

Amazon has a track record of inventing category-defining products that change how people work. We did it with AWS, Alexa, and the Kindle. Now we're doing it again with Amazon Quick: the AI assistant that changes how you work. It connects across every business system and productivity tool to deliver insights that were previously unattainable and produce business deliverables on behalf of users. Unlike tools that live inside a single vendor's ecosystem, Quick works regardless of what systems you use or data types you have. It understands work context at a personal, team, and organizational level so it knows what matters most, and takes personalized action on behalf of users, all built on AWS with the enterprise security and governance customers already trust.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Quick Product Marketing team. This is an individual contributor role focused on go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and creating compelling content for Amazon Quick. You will combine marketing craft with product depth to define how Quick shows up in the market, create content that earns trust with technical buyers, and drive launches that build preference and pipeline. Quick is scaling fast, backed by meaningful investment and senior executive visibility. This is a chance to shape the go-to-market strategy for a flagship AI product at Amazon.

About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Quick, you will own go-to-market strategy and positioning for your area of the product. Your job is to deeply understand the product and capabilities, translate that into positioning and messaging that resonates with technical and executive buyers, and bring that strategy to life through launches, content, and cross-functional GTM execution.

Key job responsibilities
Marketing Strategy

Own the marketing strategy for your product area in partnership with Product teams. Define the ideal customer profile, priority use cases, differentiated value proposition, and positioning. Map that strategy to how customers discover, evaluate, and buy.

Product Positioning and Messaging

Develop positioning, messaging, and storytelling. Serve as the domain authority on how your product area is positioned in market, ensuring consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.

Content Creation

Create compelling content that earns trust with executive and technical buyers. Deliver live product demos, produce whitepapers, blog posts, solution briefs, and presentations that connect product capabilities to customer outcomes.

Launch Strategy and Execution

Co-own launches with Product teams. Own marketing strategy and execution (positioning, messaging, channel activation, and post-launch measurement) and drive sustained programs that build preference beyond launch day.

Customer Engagement

Earn trust with technical B2B customers, from CTOs to Line of Business Leaders, through compelling storytelling that connects product capabilities to outcomes. Represent the product externally through executive briefings, live demos, and customer advisory discussions.

Competitive Analysis

Synthesize competitive dynamics, customer needs, and field signals to inform product and marketing strategy. Provide competitive context that helps Product teams prioritize what to build and helps Sales teams win in competitive situations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Drive prioritization across GTM teams on which use cases to lead with, which products to position together, and which customer segments to focus on. Partner with demand generation, events, partner, and field teams to ensure execution from a shared strategy.

Sales Enablement

Create sales enablement content (product narrative, first call decks, and competitive talking points) as the category subject-matter expert. Partner with field enablement teams on distribution and delivery to the field.
