Job summary

Avalon Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to strengthen its Product Marketing & Communications team. The role supports end-to-end go-to-market execution, positioning and messaging, competitive and market intelligence, and sales enablement across Avalon's Diagnostic Intelligence cross-continuum product portfolio (RTM, LVM, RRM, SRX, Genetics, and future launches).

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience in healthcare IT.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field.
Experience with Pragmatic Marketing or similar framework.
Experience with B2B healthcare technology/go-to-market materials.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Develop go-to-market strategies for new solutions and support launch planning.
Support product strategy with business cases and market opportunities.
Develop positioning statements, messaging frameworks, and ICPs by product/segment.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Content teams to enable marketing actions.
Track KPIs and maintain governance like the Commercialization Playbook and competitive intel repository.
