The Product Manager, MACI is a downstream marketing leader responsible for execution and optimization across the Orthopedic portfolio (MACI and MACI Arthro). This role translates approved brand strategy into compliant, high-impact marketing initiatives that drive commercial growth, enhance field effectiveness, and support customer engagement.
This individual owns tactical planning and execution across promotional materials, sales enablement, and cross-functional content development, while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and financial commitments.
The role reports to the Associate Director, MACI Marketing and serves as a key cross‑functional partner to Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, Finance, and external agency partners.
This position is in‑office from Monday – Thursday in our new Burlington, MA location, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
The salary range Vericel reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting is $120,000 to $150,000 annually. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills. Bonus, incentive pay, equity, and benefits may be provided in addition to the base compensation listed above.
