Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Graduate Intern to lead a project on co-selling two or more vendor products, defining the bundle, value proposition, and sales materials. You will build foundational skills in partner GTM planning and use Agentic AI tools for sales enablement.

You will collaborate across marketing and sales to support campaigns, asset updates, and reporting while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of product marketing principles and go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) graduating Spring 2028.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Digital Marketing, analytics tools).
• Understanding of AI tools and agentic workflows and how to implement these for business outcomes.

So, a highly skilled Partner Software team is essential.We manage Dell’s most important software vendors, including Microsoft, Adobe, and Red Hat, and build joint strategies that put our partners’ solutions at the fronto­reach of customers’ minds. Always ready to adjust strategies in response to market change and competition, the team works closely with sales, product partners and vendors. Crucial­ly,our remit goes beyondvendor management to make sure partner programs are informed by customer insights.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Graduate Intern, you will lead a project on jointly selling two or more complementary vendors’ products, such as pairing a cloud platform with a security solution for shared customers. You will work with team members to define the bundle, value proposition, and sales materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will build foundational skills in partner go-to-market planning and co-selling. You will use Agentic AI tools for sales floor deployment of bundle information and collaterals.

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly salary range for this position is $29.60 - $31.80.
