  • Design net new and integrate with existing events programs with added emphasis on getting customers hands‑on with AI agents
  • Draft compelling customer stories with specific details on how the company overcame common adoption hurdles
  • Train account executives and solution engineers to not only deliver demos, but to also guide their customers through agent deployments
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Forward Deployed Engineers, Sales Programs, external Partners and other adoption focused teams to ensure programs are complementary and cohesive
  • Leverage your research and findings with customers to inform product messaging and narratives
Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Salesforce products and/or other customer service AI agent products
  • Hands‑on experience building a range of marketing assets, including sales enablement materials, pitch decks, demo videos, guides, and event content.

  • Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with cross‑functional teams and align with global stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
Preferred Skills
  • Experience marketing or driving adoption of generative AI, autonomous agents, conversational AI, workflow automation, CRM, customer service, or platform technologies.
  • Experience creating demo environments, guided product experiences, technical workshops, or practitioner communities.
  • Knowledge of AI adoption barriers, responsible AI, trust, governance, change management, and organizational readiness.
  • Experience working with global system integrators, independent software vendors, agencies, and other channel partners.
