Job summary

Air Apps is building AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP) and seeks a Product & Market Analyst to drive market insights and inform the roadmap. You will benchmark competitors, analyze trends, and surface opportunities to shape product strategy.

You will create concise briefs, collaborate with engineers and designers, and help translate insights into product improvements, dashboards, and documentation for the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product analysis, market research, or competitive intelligence.
• Experience with competitive benchmarking and feature analyses.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL/Python/R are a plus.
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).
• Ability to create concise product and market briefs with data, visuals and insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize findings for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced tech environment, ideally with mobile/digital apps.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark competitor products with structured comparisons.
• Conduct market research and feature analysis to identify trends.
• Create product documentation including descriptions and user flows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to translate insights into improvements.
• Analyze usage data to identify friction points and validate hypotheses.
• Produce strategic reports, presentations, and briefs for decision-making.
• Track KPIs and build dashboards to communicate performance.
