Job summary

Hidonix Inc. seeks a highly organized Technical Product Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of a new immersive training and mission rehearsal platform.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, AI, R&D, 3D artists, and leadership to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver capabilities across immersive simulation, spatial computing, AI-assisted analysis, and instructor tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, OpenProject, Confluence, Slack, or similar).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Gather, prioritize, and translate business, customer, operational, and technical requirements into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and product readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, AI, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality products.
  • Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand operational workflows, conduct product discovery, and translate user needs into product solutions.
  • Lead Agile product execution, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Monitor product progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively remove roadblocks to successful delivery.
  • Define product success metrics, analyze performance, and continuously improve the product through customer feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Apply systems thinking to evaluate product tradeoffs across software, AI, networking, hardware, and user experience.
  • Ensure products meet quality, security, regulatory, and customer requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

Position Summary

Hidonix Inc. is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and technically-minded Technical Product Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a new immersive training and mission rehearsal platform.


The Technical Product Manager will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, AI, Research & Development, 3D Artists, Business Development, and executive leadership to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver capabilities spanning immersive simulation, spatial computing, AI-assisted analysis, scenario authoring, multiplayer collaboration, and instructor tools.


This role requires someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, can quickly understand emerging technologies, and is excited to build products at the intersection of XR, AI, spatial intelligence, and human-centered design.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

  • Experience building simulation, serious games, digital twins, mission planning, or training platforms.

  • Experience collaborating with AI/ML teams on intelligent product capabilities.

  • Experience with multiplayer applications, real-time networking, or collaborative systems.

  • Experience working with defense, public safety, industrial, aerospace, or other regulated technology sectors.

  • Experience conducting user research in operational environments and translating observations into product improvements.


Other Requirements


  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or valid Green Card holder.

  • Must be within commuting distance of Santa Monica, CA.

  • Must be comfortable working on-site.
