  • Assess and manage platform impacts of product decisions, including dependency management, versioning/backward compatibility, migration considerations, and change management.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical specifications and tradeoffs effectively with engineering teams to drive alignment and execution.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and using dashboards/analytics to measure outcomes (e.g., conversion, adoption, reliability, cost).

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills, able to align cross-functional partners around priorities, sequencing, and delivery commitments.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

  • Experience building or scaling platform products, including API-first and integration-heavy capabilities.

  • Familiarity with architecture and design patterns for distributed systems (e.g., microservices, event-driven integrations) and the ability to partner effectively with architects.

  • Demonstrated success driving products with a focus on scalability, resiliency, stability, and operational excellence (e.g., monitoring/observability, SLAs/SLOs, incident learnings).
