Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in transportation products to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in product management and a proven track record in launching and optimizing transportation solutions. This role will focus on middle mile routing optimization and last mile routing, with a specific emphasis on international markets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead the launch of middle mile routing optimization products to international markets.

Collaborate with teams across four regions: Canada, Mexico, Chile, and Central America. Launching in three regions this year and Central America next year.

Optimize shipping routes from Walmart distribution centers to stores, ensuring the tool provides optimal routes for drivers.

Work closely with data science teams to develop models that optimize outputs for different markets.

Focus on reducing costs, minimizing total miles, and maintaining on-time delivery.

Manage the project timeline, aiming for a September launch. Coordinate development efforts with engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Define success criteria, metrics, and documentation for training and testing in the upcoming month.
