Job summary

Eventim USA is seeking a Product Manager to own strategy, development, and execution of initiatives across our ticketing and event technology platform. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, commercial, and leadership teams to deliver scalable, customer‑focused products for promoters, venues, festivals, and fans.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in SaaS product management, strong Agile experience, and outstanding communication.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, e‑commerce, ticketing, marketplace, or technology‑driven environments.
  • Experience managing software products through the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product delivery processes.
  • Ability to write clear product requirements and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
  • Define user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination, and roadmap execution.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, operational pain points, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Analyze product usage, operational metrics, and business performance data to guide decision‑making.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Advocate for user experience improvements across both internal and customer‑facing products.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, QA, UX/design, operations, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Help align stakeholders around product priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs.
  • Coordinate feature rollouts, testing, and post‑launch support activities.
  • Communicate roadmap updates and project status clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Contribute to platform scalability, operational efficiency, and product standardization initiatives.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, tooling, and internal product processes.
  • Support technical modernization and platform enhancement efforts alongside engineering leadership.

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to help drive the strategy, development, and execution of key initiatives across our ticketing and event technology platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in product management who is ready to take ownership of meaningful product areas while collaborating across engineering, operations, commercial, and leadership teams.

You will work on products and platform capabilities that support promoters, venues, festivals, and fans, helping improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working through technical requirements, analyzing business needs, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring products to market successfully.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and strong communication skills.

What You’ll Do
Product Ownership & Execution
  • Own and manage product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, e‑commerce, ticketing, marketplace, or technology‑driven environments.

  • Comfortable working in cross‑functional and fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience collaborating with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
