Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Marketing, or related leadership role.
• Demonstrated success driving growth, product strategy, and business performance in industrial or technology markets.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and cost reduction.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen with data-driven investment decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for an assigned market segment.
• Build expertise in customer applications and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent HKP with customers, industry groups, and events to strengthen market intelligence.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Applications Engineering to improve customer engagement.
• Define portfolio strategy, investments, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans.
• Identify and prioritize new product and platform opportunities.
• Develop business cases and value propositions to support investments.
• Prioritize development initiatives with Engineering for successful commercialization.
• Allocate resources based on strategic and financial return.
• Lead portfolio reviews and strategic recommendations to leadership.
