International seeks a Product Manager – Service Contracts to join our Service Contracts and Connectivity Group in Lisle, IL. You will enhance our product portfolio including Extended Service Contracts, Maintenance Telematics, and predictive offerings to improve total cost of ownership and uptime.
You will lead market research, pricing strategies, VOC/VOD inputs, and cross-functional collaboration to develop new contracted solutions and ensure alignment with business plans. Travel may be required.

The Product Manager – Service Contracts will be responsible for enhancing our product portfolio to better serve the owners and operators of our vehicles. The portfolio includes Extended Service Contracts, Maintenance Telematic products and other predictive offerings that help increase customer efficiency, improve confidence in Total Cost of Ownership, improve uptime, and drive customer brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
Manages product lines to enhance or distinguish product placement
Owns market research and monitors competitive activity to identify business opportunities and address customer needs
Works collaboratively to establish pricing strategies
Communicate VOC (voice of the customer) and VOD (voice of dealer) for product improvements and competitive positioning
Leverage feedback from customers to develop contracted solutions that will help optimize their total cost of ownership
Work cross functionally to ensure organizational alignment with all business plans to develop new products or enhance existing product lines
May be assigned to work on one or many strategic initiatives to positively transform the customer experience
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
At least 1 years of lead experience
OR
Master's degree and at least 3 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
At least 1 years of lead experience
OR
At least 8 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
At least 1 years of lead experience

Desired Skills
Successful product management & demonstrated success with conquest or pilot customers
Capability to create professional PowerPoint presentations for large dealer or executive meetings
Demonstrated strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to travel to dealer and customer locations in person
Comfortable with new technology (software & hardware)
Comfortable presenting to large groups, in person or remote
Superior organizational and follow-up skills
Insurance, telematic, predictive AI, data driven maintenance, or warranty experience a plus

Salary Minimum: USD $122,400.00/Yr.
Salary Maximum: USD $183,600.00/Yr.
