JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, execution, and success of digital products we build at One Call to enable business objectives and elevate our customer experiences through technology. This role is responsible for defining and driving product strategy, collaborating across functions, and delivering solutions that solve real problems for the people that use them. In this role, you will be responsible for looking across multiple lines of business (e.g. physical therapy, diagnostics, home health, etc.) and bring them together under a single roadmap for a slice of the customer journey, such as Patient Intake & Scheduling or Revenue Management, so that we can deliver a cohesive experience and/or operational capability that aligns to our brand promise. Senior Product Managers are expected to lead product initiatives from ideation, story creation, delivery, launch and iteration, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and time to impact. They work closely with engineering, design, operations, and other stakeholders, to understand the business processes, underlying technologies and business objectives in order to build products that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with company goals. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, user empathy, technical fluency, and execution excellence.
This position will be performed in the colleague's home. Work-from-home requirements include the colleague's ability to set up computer equipment within their home office. This job is primarily sedentary and may involve repetitive motions; the colleague must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time, operate a computer and other office equipment, assess information and files stored electronically, and converse/exchange accurate information with others, simultaneously. The colleague must be able to discern text displayed on a monitor, input data into specific fields using a keyboard, and adjust focus to distances of up to three feet. The colleague must have the ability to learn new tasks, follow established processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, complete multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate professionally with colleagues and customers, and complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity requirement. The colleague must be able to manage moderate to significant mental stress as a result of, but not limited to, a dynamic and heavy workload.
