Snap Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the Search Platform to own the strategy and roadmap across Snapchat's search experiences, from discovering Friends and content to identifying creators and trends.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Legal and Policy to define goals, measure impact, and launch features that improve search quality, relevance, and monetization opportunities for Snap's global audience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate a search-focused strategy into a data-driven roadmap.
• Strong technical understanding of query understanding, retrieval, ranking, and relevance.
• Experience defining success metrics and input metrics for a large org.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and policy.

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Search across Snapchat, guiding discovery and content surfaces.
• Partner with Eng, Design, Data Science, Legal and Policy to align teams on a shared vision.
• Define goals, metrics, and success criteria and monitor results post-launch.
• Develop and present go-forward recommendations to stakeholders.
