Job summary

Vertex Education seeks a Product Manager to champion the Vertex Hub, the centralized platform for school engagement with Vertex services. You will translate diverse stakeholder needs into a focused roadmap grounded in data and a relentless commitment to user experience.

In this hands-on role, you will balance cross-functional priorities and lead the sprint process to deliver high-value features. You will collaborate with service leaders and executives to align priorities and drive adoption

Qualifications

• Proven experience taking software features from concept to launch.
• Champion end-user value using feedback, research, and data.
• Define and implement product development processes (intake, prioritization, backlog).

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create wireframes/prototypes to validate concepts with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap across service lines.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to improve throughput and focus.
• Prepare roadmap updates and scope change proposals for leadership.
