Job summary

A leading technology organization in the United States is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of facility management services for data centers. The ideal candidate should have 10–12 years of experience in Data Center Operations, strong expertise in service/product portfolio ownership, and a degree in Engineering. Qualifications

• 10–12 years in Data Center Operations or Facility Management.
• Proven experience in service/product portfolio ownership for critical environments.
• Strong understanding of power, cooling, compliance, and maintenance processes.
• Experience with service design, SLA/KPI frameworks, and cost modelling.
• Ability to operate across strategy, GTM, and executive discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for DC Facility Management offerings.
• Define global service catalogues for operations, maintenance, monitoring, compliance, and energy management.
• Standardize SLAs, KPIs, governance, and reporting models for consistent global delivery.
• Build pricing, costing, and packaging frameworks aligned to scalable service models.
• Integrate sustainability & energy optimization practices.
• Enable automation-driven operations through DCIM/BMS, analytics, and command-center capabilities.
• Develop SOP libraries, delivery playbooks, and transition methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement based on performance trends and customer insights.
• Support presales & GTM with standardized artefacts and value propositions.
