Job summary

Anthropic is hiring a Product Manager to own the safe access for Claude surfaces. You will own the end-to-end product experience and strategy for internal and external access, across every surface, with strong execution in a 0-1 product space.

This role requires agility in shipping, handling ambiguous requirements, and coordinating with multiple teams to build scalable access programs for researchers, platforms, and partners.

Qualifications

• Are a strong executor with a track record of shipping through ambiguity and cross-organization dependencies.
• Write clearly enough that an engineer, an executive, and an external partner can each see the tradeoff you are making.
• Have owned a developer platform, identity, authorization, or access-management product end to end, and were the person accountable for its outcomes.
• Care about Anthropic's mission, and specifically about scaling access to Claude safely.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the account and access primitives, enabling teams to provision access with minimal support.
• Own the end-to-end experience of internal and external access across every surface with consistent UX.
• Support API designs and the UX of access APIs that platforms, resellers, and internal services integrate with.
• Partner with trusted access and verification PMs to compose programs from shared primitives.
• Coordinate across product, safeguards, legal, and go-to-market teams to resolve conflicting requirements.
