Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or similar role
• 5+ years in retail or CAPEX product supply
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%, including international

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and support teams
• Coordinate with European teams to accelerate NA growth
• Own pricing strategy and discount structures to maximize share and margin
