Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a Product Manager – Population Health to own Atlas capabilities from discovery through delivery and adoption.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical teams and customers to translate workflows into scalable product experiences, driving measurable outcomes for healthcare organizations. You will combine customer empathy and analytical rigor to apply AI and intelligent workflows to transform population health, with a focus on adoption and value

Qualifications

2–4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
Experience in population health, value-based care, care management, quality, risk, ACO/CIN, payer, or provider workflows.

Responsibilities

Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery for Atlas capabilities.
Engage customers and healthcare stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Clinical teams to build intuitive product experiences.
Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes.
Use product analytics and customer feedback to improve adoption, engagement, usability, and value.
Support GTM, launches, implementations, and customer adoption with Sales, CS, and Solutions teams.
