We’re hiring a Product Manager to own and evolve the core platforms that drive C-4 Analytics, improving how they work today while embedding AI and automation to unlock measurable business impact.

This is a high‑leverage role. You’ll work across complex systems, real constraints, and cross‑functional teams to make the business run better, faster, and more intelligently.

What You’ll Own

• Own roadmap and execution across our core platforms
• Improve system performance, usability, and reliability across teams
• Identify and implement AI/automation where it drives real, measurable impact

• Partner closely with engineering, analytics, client services, and operations

Product & Systems Thinking

• 4+ years of product management experience owning real systems (not just features)

• You proactively communicate and align stakeholders
• You can prioritize effectively in messy, real‑world environments

Analytical & Business Orientation

• Comfortable defining and tracking KPIs
• Use data to inform decisions and measure impact

AI as a Lever

• Experience applying AI/automation in practical ways
• Understand where AI creates value—and where it doesn’t

Nice to Have

• Experience in martech, adtech, or data‑heavy platforms
• Exposure to dealership, retail, or marketplace environments

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $160,000.00. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.
