Job summary

Rheo Engineering in Peoria, IL is seeking a Product Manager to own a defined set of product families, manage commercial data in ERP/PLM, and drive pricing, documentation, and readiness to sell. You will align with Sales, CEM, and Operations to shape roadmaps and launches.

This is an on-site, full-time role based at our Peoria facility with 10–20% travel and relocation assistance provided. You will build competitive intelligence and maintain accurate product records to win with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3+ years in product management, product marketing, or a related role in manufacturing.
• Experience translating customer, field, or sales input into product requirements and documented improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned set of product families and ensure their maturity and commercial readiness to be sold.
• Drive pricing, BOM release, and accurate documentation in ERP/PLM systems.
• Author roadmap sections covering improvements, new opportunities, and lifecycle recommendations.
• Own sellable-product data in ERP/PLM for assigned families (MSRP, lead times, stock).
• Develop and apply the established estimating methodology with Sales.
• Analyze pricing and margin performance and provide evidence-backed recommendations.
