Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in consumer experiences, payments, fintech, or marketplace platforms.
• Ability to ship impactful product in a fast-moving environment.
• High ownership mentality with grit to push through hard problems.
• Strong user empathy; talk to customers regularly for insights.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Analytical and structured thinker; comfortable with PRDs, funnels, and system design.
• Clear, compelling communicator capable of influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for critical portions of the Blackbird platform and product experience end-to-end, from strategy and prioritization through execution and launch
• Define and drive the product vision for features that balance speed, quality, and scale across both our restaurant-facing and consumer-facing experiences
• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to ship high-quality product at a pace that keeps us ahead of the market
• Deeply understand our users, including restaurant operators, servers, and diners, through research, data analysis, and time spent in the field
• Translate complex operational and technical constraints into elegant, user-centered product solutions
• Develop strategies to create product leverage through AI tools
• Set clear goals and metrics for your product areas, track progress rigorously, and use data to inform iteration
• Identify and untangle systemic problems across payments flows, loyalty mechanics, and restaurant integrations - then build and launch the solutions
• Represent the voice of the customer in every cross-functional conversation and continuously elevate the bar for user experience
