Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or equivalent leadership experience across software, data or platforms.
• Experience in geospatial intelligence, defense tech, modeling and simulation, autonomy, or AI-enabled mission systems.
• Translate ambiguous problems into strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Able to influence across engineering, BD/sales, program management, and government stakeholders.
• Fluent with cloud-native platforms, APIs, data models, and data-driven development.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive and customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% for customers, partners, and events.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction for the Operational World Model with a clear roadmap.
• Prioritize high-value use cases and define MVP boundaries.
• Write requirements and guide delivery with engineering for demonstrable capabilities.
• Align product leads across Raptor, Forge, Operational Terrain and GTM.
• Represent the product in customer meetings, partner discussions, and proposals.
