Job summary

Pinewood.AI is seeking a Product Manager - OEM Integrations to join our Product Team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This hands-on role focuses on connecting automotive OEMs, dealers and partners to the Pinewood.AI platform through robust integration capabilities.

You will translate customer and partner requirements into clear product outcomes, shaping the lifecycle from discovery to delivery while balancing value, technical feasibility and delivery capacity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience with OEMs, automotive tech, and complex B2B integrations.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, data exchange with external partners.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for OEM integrations.
• Translate customer and partner needs into product outcomes and requirements.
• Prioritize backlog based on value, feasibility, risk and capacity.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
• Collaborate with Architects, Engineering, QA and Delivery teams.
• Lead and mentor Associate Product Managers.
• Maintain integration documentation and data mappings.
