DeepMind Technologies Limited in New York, NY is seeking an experienced product leader to define the strategy, roadmap, and features for consumer finance AI initiatives. • Own the roadmap for new consumer verticals across GDM by identifying and prioritizing high-value use cases to address.
• Partner with AI Research teams to test, tune, and productionize new model capabilities related to consumer verticals.
• Experiment rapidly with prompting patterns, user flows, and agentic harnesses to demonstrate capabilities and discover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Google products (and third-parties) to re-invent, prioritize, and build AI-powered experiences for users (e.g., for consumer finance).

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in building AI-powered consumer products.
• Experience working in personal finance, including financial planning, investing etc.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex product initiatives forward in ambiguous and rapidly evolving AI contexts.
• Proven experience in designing, managing, and continuously refining rigorous evaluation methods and success metrics for AI models and AI-powered products.
• Experience working on legal or policy issues related to technology products.
• Demonstrable, extensive technical knowledge and product experience with advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
