Job summary

Stripe is seeking a product leader for the Mobile team to make the Stripe mobile app indispensable for founders and business owners worldwide. You will shepherd strategy, align multiple product teams, and drive usage across geographies to accelerate Stripe’s mission.

You’ll own the mobile roadmap, craft high-detail experiences, and collaborate with engineering and design across PST, EST, CET zones to deliver measurable user value.

What you’ll do

As the product manager on the Mobile team, you will be accountable for making the mobile app indispensable for startup founders and business owners. How do we get every YC founder to use the app? How can we increase usage across different geographies? How can we get more product teams to contribute to the app? In other words, your role is to ensure founders and business owners are more successful when they use the mobile app.

Minimum requirements

• 8+ years of product management or product-focused founder experience
• Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product is successful
• Strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles and best practices
• Technical familiarity with mobile development, cross-platform architectures, and machine learning
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and design across time zones (PST, EST, CET)

Preferred qualifications

• Founder background, or experience in a very early stage company environment
• Built award-winning mobile apps in the past
• Believe that fast software is the best software
