Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to understand the customer needs and develop specific products to solve their problems and support delivery managers in client servicing

Role: Product Manager(AI)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky

• Product management for AI/ML or GenAI products (ideally conversational AI / LLM-based)
• Owning product roadmap, backlog, and requirements; writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Running agile/scrum ceremonies and coordinating across engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with GCP / Vertex AI / CCAI (or comparable cloud AI platforms) a strong plus
• Defining success metrics and working with eval/quality data
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience a plus

Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis Healthcare.Experience: 8-10 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
