Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (required).
• 5+ years of experience with software development, product management, or project management.
• Experience building a proprietary financial budgeting tool for a broad user base.
• Experience implementing AI tools to automate and streamline workflows.
• Ability to operate autonomously, scope ambiguous problems, and drive decisions.
• Experience drafting high-level feature requirements.
• Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communicator between technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, and manage internal tool by identifying user needs and creating high-level feature requirements.
• Own product roadmap and prioritize features and bugs aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, QA, and user acceptance testing with the team and users.
• Identify bugs and work with developers to prioritize fixes and gather context.
• Document user processes and backend workflows.
• Perform data analysis and audit data for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage the ticketing system for bugs and feature requests with minimal supervision.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and track action items.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop solutions.
