Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of industry experience or a Master's with 4+ years.
• 8+ years in product management, operations, or cross-functional roles.
• Experience managing intake, prioritization, and gate progression for complex initiatives.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear opportunities, scopes, and outcomes.
• Experience guiding cross-functional work across product, engineering, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage central intake, triage, and prioritization of Cisco Validated opportunities.
• Conduct discovery with stakeholders to clarify opportunity, outcome, and value.
• Translate requests into validation recommendations with scope, owners, and success criteria.
• Guide opportunities through intake and validation gates, preparing materials and tracking actions.
• Maintain CV roadmap from intake to publication and lifecycle review.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs and maintain visibility as work progresses.
