Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Product Manager for FP&A capabilities powered by Microsoft Fabric. You will own the FP&A roadmap, support Fabric-based data products, and partner with FP&A, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Engineering to improve planning and reporting.

You will translate business needs into prioritized requirements, lead cross-functional delivery, and drive AI/automation opportunities for efficiency and insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, accounting, computer science, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, finance systems, business systems analysis, data/analytics, or enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including data pipelines, semantic models, reporting datasets, dashboards, or related analytics capabilities.
• Experience supporting FP&A, corporate planning, Finance, or Accounting processes.
• Understanding of FP&A processes including annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, actuals, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the roadmap for FP&A capabilities in Microsoft Fabric, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and executive dashboards.
• Provide operational product support for Fabric-based FP&A data products, reports, dashboards, semantic models, and integrations; triage issues and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to define business outcomes, requirements, KPIs, user stories, processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead design for trusted financial data products, semantic models, reporting datasets, and Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on Fabric architecture, data pipelines, data quality, lineage, security, governance, and release management.
• Define and manage integration requirements between Fabric and core enterprise systems (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Workday, billing, etc.).
• Modernize finance reporting by reducing manual spreadsheets and creating governed, self-service reporting.
• Establish data reconciliation, controls, documentation, and support processes for accuracy and auditability.
• Manage backlog, dependencies, delivery risks, release planning, testing, and stakeholder adoption.
• Identify AI/automation use cases like variance explanations, anomaly detection, and narrative reporting.
