Job summary

Intelliswift is seeking a dynamic planning and operations professional to lead quarterly and monthly commercial planning, demand forecasting, and P&L performance tracking. You will work with Sales, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align promotional activities, inventory readiness, and revenue targets.

The role requires 4+ years in telecom, client, or retail operations, and strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills with a collaborative, fast-paced mindset. Onsite Plano, TX office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in telecommunications, client or retail industry supply chain, business, finance, or sales operations management.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence and Jira a plus.
• High energy and ability to learn quickly; flexible under varying work pressures.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and verbal communications; strong collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly and monthly commercial planning cycles, including promotional strategy and channel alignment.
• Develop and manage demand forecasts with Sales, Product, and Supply Chain teams; monitor accuracy and mitigate risks.
• Own P&L planning; analyze variances and drive actions to improve profitability.
• Deliver concise executive updates on sales trends, forecast outlook, promo effectiveness, and financial health.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align demand plans with inventory readiness.
• Evaluate ROI of promotional programs and adjust to maximize sell-out and margin.
• Translate sales and market data into actionable business strategies; communicate to executives.
