Qualifications

  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Ability to build a strategy and roadmap for 12–24 months — and clearly explain the reasoning behind your decisions.
  • Data-driven: you analyze funnels, understand the numbers, and know where to look for growth opportunities.
  • You write specifications engineers can build from — clear, with edge cases covered and no open questions left.
  • Systems thinker: you see the product as a whole, understand dependencies, and anticipate the impact of decisions.
  • Strong UX sensibility: you know what makes an experience good and can advocate for it with your team.
  • Comfortable working across functions — design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.

  • Take features from idea to launch, working closely with design and engineering at every step.
  • Track product health and growth: conversion, average gift size, error rates — and understand what's driving them.
  • Prepare CSMs and Sales for every launch so they're always in context ahead of time.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned — on priorities, timelines, and changes in plans.

About Fundraise Up

We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

A Truly Global Product

We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.

The Team

We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.

Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.

About the Role

Gift Cart is one of Fundraise Up's fastest-growing giving surfaces — it lets donors support multiple causes in a single checkout, giving nonprofits a new way to present their programmes and deepen donor engagement beyond a standard donation form. It's already live and scaling across organisations running everything from humanitarian aid to symbolic animal adoptions.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own Gift Cart end-to-end: strategy, discovery, and delivery. You'll shape the roadmap, drive adoption, and grow the metrics that matter — average order value, multi-designation rate, and reliability — while safeguarding the payment and ledger correctness, risk posture, and operability that a financial product demands. This is a full-lifecycle role: you'll go from strategic thinking to engineering-ready specs to launch, working closely with engineering, risk, and design along the way.

If you enjoy owning a product from \"why does this matter\" through to \"it's live and working\", this is built for that.

What You’ll Own

  • Define the Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a roadmap — with clear priorities and reasoning behind every decision.

  • Communicate with customers and CSMs regularly, and analyze data together with the analytics team — to find growth opportunities and make informed decisions.

  • Write specifications that engineers can build from — with detailed requirements and edge cases covered.

Requirements

Nice To Have

  • Experience in e-commerce or products with multi-step checkout flows.

  • Experience working with nonprofits, donors, or in the fundraising industry.

  • Experience with payment flows or financial products.

Working model

  • High ownership and direct collaboration with dedicated Engineering TL, Engineers, Designer, Analyst and CSM, Sales teams.

  • We use AI to accelerate analysis, specs, and communication — with clear assumptions and validation.

At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool — not an experimental one

We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.

Why work with us

  • A strong, collaborative product team that owns what it builds

  • Clear product vision and access to real customer feedback from global nonprofit leaders

  • Flat structure: no politics, just great work with great people

  • Transparent company culture-we share how we’re growing, where revenue comes from, and what’s next

  • Long-term focus: we offer equity options and value sustained, meaningful contribution

Compensation

  • The compensation range for this role is GEL12,650 - GEL13,500 gross.

  • Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.

Benefits

  • Private medical insurance for the employee and their family

  • 24 paid vacation days per year

  • 18 paid public holidays per year

  • English learning courses.

  • Relevant professional education.

  • Gym or swimming pool.

  • Home Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.

  • Co-working.

  • Remote working.
