Join to apply for the Product Manager - Fraud role at Plaid.
Plaid’s Product team builds the network that powers the future of financial services. Our mission is to unlock financial freedom for everyone by enabling innovation through open finance. Product Managers at Plaid are customer-obsessed and deeply curious. They take ownership, move quickly to deliver value, and sweat the details to make every experience intuitive and reliable. Great PMs here make sound decisions with imperfect information and stay relentless in their pursuit of helping customers succeed.
As a Product Manager on our Fraud team, you will help Plaid build trusted, intelligent systems that detect and prevent fraud across our network. You will define problems, craft solutions that scale, and drive initiatives from concept to launch. Partnering closely with engineering, data science, and go-to-market, you will build products that make Plaid’s platform safer, smarter, and more resilient. You will spend time with customers to understand emerging fraud patterns, translate insights into product direction, and deliver measurable impact while maintaining a high bar for quality and reliability.
This role is ideal for someone early in their PM career who is eager to learn, build, and grow. You are motivated by impact, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy collaborating across disciplines. You are excited to help shape products that protect the financial ecosystem and improve how millions of people experience financial services.
