Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the Faucets & Adjacencies portfolio across Retail, E-Commerce, and Trade channels. You will drive category strategy, manage the product life cycle, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to bring innovative products to market.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Product Strategy, Insights & Planning, and requires on-site work at the Carmel, IN headquarters three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Category Management, Marketing, or related roles.
• Experience managing consumer products through full lifecycle; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop category and product portfolio strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Build and manage product roadmaps, including new product opportunities and line extensions.
• Analyze sales, market trends, customer feedback, and competition to identify needs.
• Create business cases, pricing recommendations, and launch plans for new products.
• Lead cross-functional commercialization from concept to launch.
• Partner with Sales and channel teams to support assortment decisions and growth.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve sales and margins.
• Collaborate with suppliers and sourcing to identify opportunities.
