Job summary

Invesco seeks a Product Manager to support a group of investment products within its Fundamental Equities franchise. The role sits in the Americas Product Management team, providing line-level support for North America-based capabilities and aligning product messaging with commercial priorities.

You will partner with client portfolio managers, investment teams, and marketing to maintain data accuracy, create insights, and drive go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related experience in financial services, preferably asset management.
  • Experience across equities asset classes and an understanding of financial markets and concepts.
  • Strong technical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Morningstar, eVestment, Bloomberg; experience with AI tools is preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree is required, preferably in business or related discipline.
  • Series 7 and 63 required within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the month- and quarter-end product collateral update process (presentations, factsheets, commentaries, reports).
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear, compliant product messaging and timely content delivery.
  • Support regulatory/governance deliverables including fund board materials and prospectus review.
  • Serve as a key contact for marketing and RFP teams, maintain product data, and support standard RFP content.
  • Maintain product-related websites and content; coordinate product change management across collateral systems.

About the Team

The Americas Product Management team sits at the center of Invesco’s Fundamental Equities franchise, serving as a critical link between investment teams, client portfolio managers, and business partners across the firm. The platform manages approximately $281billion in assets across 70 equity strategies in seven global locations, supporting clients in 25 countries.

About the Role

Invesco seeks a Product Manager to support a group of investment products within its Fundamental Equities franchise. The role is integral to the Americas Product Management team, providing line‑level support and service for North America‑based investment capabilities. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with client portfolio managers and investment teams, ensuring product positioning, messaging, and data are aligned with commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

Product & Investment Expertise

  • Own the month‑ and quarter‑end product collateral update process, including production and maintenance of quarterly presentations, factsheets, commentaries, infographics, annual reports, risk and performance attribution data reporting, and portfolio team information.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders within Invesco (legal, compliance, risk, technology, sales/marketing, and other departments) to ensure clear, compliant product messaging with timely review, approval and delivery of content for clients and prospects.
  • Support regulatory and governance deliverables, including preparation of fund board materials, prospectus/SAI review support, and contributions to other reporting.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for marketing and RFP teams, maintaining accurate product data, managing consultant databases, and supporting standard RFP/DDQ content and positioning.
  • Maintain quality control for product‑related websites and internally posted content to ensure information remains current, accurate, and aligned with approved messaging and disclosures.
  • Support product change management by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely updates across collateral systems and client‑facing communications.

Business & Distribution/Marketing Support

  • Partner closely with CPMs and investment teams to drive collaboration across product, investments, distribution, marketing, and other cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Actively engage with CPMs/investment teams to maintain deep subject‑matter expertise about strategies, portfolios, and investment results.
  • Provide key support in creating and reviewing marketing materials.
  • Support CPMs in regular communications, analysis and insights to the sales team for use with clients; respond to ad hoc internal and external sales team and client requests.
  • Monitor industry and product trends: compile, analyze, and interpret data to inform product strategy and prioritization.
  • Conduct competitive and peer analysis using Morningstar, eVestment, and related resources to support CPMs with product positioning and go‑to‑market workflow.
Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Morningstar, eVestment, Bloomberg, and other software products; experience with AI tools is preferred.

Compensation

Salary range for this position in NewYorkCity is $113,000 to $125,000 annually. Total compensation, including salary and incentive pay, varies based on skills, experience, and location.
