Job summary

Braintrust, United States, seeks an Enterprise Role Owner to work with business partners and senior product managers on complex e-commerce programs. The role spans initiating digital projects to maintaining digital features with a focus on risk and regulatory alignment.

The candidate will drive consensus across technology, UX, legal, risk, and marketing while delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two of the 3 must-have items are required.
• 5+ years as Product Owner, Business/Systems Analyst, or Project Manager.
• 5+ years web or mobile e-commerce design experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, esp. investment/wealth management.
• Strong project management experience delivering large and highly complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC practices, including use of Jira as a digital product owner.
• Excellent quantitative, qualitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• BS or BA required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day process management tasks, such as consolidating and analyzing page level feedback, monthly complaint monitoring, page reviews, and annual marketing approvals
• Deliver prioritized epics, execute the technical enhancements from requirements to testing, and perform ongoing maintenance on digital features
• Investigate production issues related to Bank of America products and assist in identifying solutions
• Identify and propose solutions to help mitigate risk to both our clients and the firm as a result of our push to drive digital adoption

Enterprise Role Overview

• Works closely with business partners to create new e-commerce solutions, partnering with senior product managers to deliver complex programs & initiatives


• May at times Independently initiate and/or lead digital initiatives or research projects


• Will be on point for supporting day to day process management tasks, such as consolidating and analyzing page level feedback, monthly complaint monitoring, page reviews, and annual marketing approvals.


• In some cases, project work will require the role to deliver prioritized epics, execute the technical enhancements from requirements to testing, and perform ongoing maintenance on digital features.


• Investigate production issues related to Bank of America products and assist in identifying solutions.


• Will also identify and propose solutions to help mitigate risk to both our clients and the firm as a result of our push to drive digital adoption.
