Job summary

Bridge is seeking a Product Manager for Developer Experience to own the end-to-end developer journey—from first signup to transacting billions in volume. You’ll shape onboarding, the developer Dashboard, and activation systems to enable any developer to build and scale a business on Bridge.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, data, and GTM, using data-driven signals to guide nudges and interventions, with a clear roadmap and measurable success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end developer lifecycle and key products (self-serve sign-up, KYB/onboarding, Dashboard, activation).
• Drive features from ideation to launch with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams.
• Design data-driven signals and automated nudges and interventions for developers at all stages.
• Define and own a scalable developer experience roadmap across Bridge’s suite of products.
• Define key developer metrics (activation rate, time-to-first-transaction, retention) to drive impact.
• Collaborate with GTM and support teams to incorporate feedback and ship improvements rapidly.
