Job summary

Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM, designing AI agents that automate busywork to help sellers close deals. This full-time Product Manager role focuses on shaping strategy and execution for a major product area within the Nooks AI sales platform.

Based in San Francisco, you will collaborate with engineering and design, engage with customers, and drive initiatives at scale, with base salary $200K–$260K plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

About Nooks.ai:

Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM. We design AI agents that operate across the full sales action set, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals.

Today, over 2000 customers run on Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We've raised over 70M USD from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, and we've at least tripled ARR each year for 3 years running.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major product area critical to Nooks’ AI sales platform.
• Drive high-impact initiatives that combine cutting-edge AI capabilities with deep understanding of sales workflows.
• Partner closely with engineering and design leadership to define ambitious but achievable technical and UX goals.
• Engage deeply with customers and data to identify new opportunities for automation, efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Communicate product vision and outcomes clearly to executives and the broader organization.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of product management experience, including time as a senior PM leading complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated success driving strategy and execution for large-scale SaaS or AI-powered products.
• Strong technical acumen — able to work closely with engineering teams and make informed tradeoffs.
• Strong customer facing skills and a desire to join current customer and prospective customer meetings.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Deep empathy for users and a passion for designing systems that make work faster, simpler, and more human.
• Experience building or leading products in the sales tech, AI, or productivity domains is a strong plus.

Compensation at Nooks for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, hybrid work, and unlimited paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on the jurisdiction of employment.

For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: $200K - $260K annually.
